He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Tûkâ was born with his mother's beautiful face. Tûkâ was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tûkâ decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
