Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Gifted from a young age, Halimath studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter.
