Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ahvain embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Ahvain and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. Through the years after Thomas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thomas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
