History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Efferil was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now mingles about in high society.
