History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and money/treasure

History: Bertram lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town.
