Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
