His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Wiggan speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle.
