Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Nalral lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His brown fur is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise yellow.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Nimble was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
