Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Balam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Balam was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Balam decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born in the south. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with green slacks. His hair is blonde and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.
