Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Joser was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and revenge
