Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Tim was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
