The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Harbek was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants to get laid
