History: Gifted from a young age, Scrag studied abroad. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
