Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Frederick will drive conversation. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the east

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bounty Hunter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
