History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Banker soon after.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Nim was born with his father's beautiful face. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Nim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, marred by sweets. His hair is short and auburn. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Jak lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Courier. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Courier born in the past three hundred years. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
