History: Shifting hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Stableman soon after.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is dark but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is silver and curly. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
