Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in the west to a Bowyer, Chem learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bowyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bowyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
