Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

He carries with him a set of spears, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. He has blue eyes and a green hat with a violet feather.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Nicholas was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is typically in his Guard uniform. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His crest is copper and curly. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has moderate length chestnut hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
