History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barkeep for the past few years.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and regain custody of his daughter

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location.
