History: Stannor was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Butcher job and began his own company from there.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out.
