Personality: Odo is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Odo was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shane grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shane. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Shane was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he desires power and/or immortality
