History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. History: Born in the west to a Jeweler, Harbek learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
