Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds.
