History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Gimble alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: Oren was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Ûshgol was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
