History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Marbas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
