History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Baern was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has lavender fur. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Smoking is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
