History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ortegar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Crown-heir kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
