Description: An older man who wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat, he is not a threatening figure. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.
History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is dressed in a clean white cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Beiro and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Igden took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Painter.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Engraver; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: He wears just a tan suit, and he perpetually has his nunchaku ready. His tied-back hair is red. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Beloril was born with his father's beautiful face. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
