History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. Nithther liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and a rival would like him out of the picture
