History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Malmûg hails from a village terrorized by illithids. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Soapmaker who has hired him part-time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.
