Description: An older man who is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north.
