History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
