Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His brown hair is long and unkept. His ears are large.

Personality: Thoradin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thoradin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thoradin. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: Standing 4'1", this man is renowned for his bright pastel suits and hats. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is light but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He prefers to wear violet clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair is silver and very short. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stableman.

Description: He stands about 5'6" and is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and seeks redemption
