History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: Thoradin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Thoradin was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
