His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Rhogar will drive conversation. Rhogar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
