He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theriatis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Theriatis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Glûk was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Glûk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
