Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. He has no hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Modean speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Modean was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: He is a Adventurer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Adventurer. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears long strands of topaz and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Qualen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is greedy; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
