History: He was born in a small mountains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Zâthra was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Zâthra decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
