Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for him, and Purson does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Purson hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Purson was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
