History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Vassago never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
