History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Baern was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: An older man who prefers to wear flannel, he is not a threatening figure. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a Actor, his father struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Actor father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a Servant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Seven fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
