History: Quarion lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Quarion never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Carrie hails from a village terrorized by giants. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miner born in the past three hundred years. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Azzakh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Azzakh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
