History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Jak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Jak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Qualen was taken on many hunting expeditions. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qualen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Mreksh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Farmer.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Aerdeth took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
