He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Baern was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Baern has worked very hard to control his curse. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
