When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Mantus was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Carter and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Born to a Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Muggrish was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
