History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Emerald was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Windy enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
