Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He wears dull brown sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed dagger, just in case. He has a hunchback. His brown hair is singed and shortened. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has white fur. His yellow eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Trail was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Merchant. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears dull brown sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed kukri, just in case. His dark red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Bather and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and expand his business

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Gifted from a young age, Merihim studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Merihim was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. He wears his brown hair up. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Adran and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
