Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gardain will drive conversation. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gardain took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His brown hair is greasy and uncared for. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Don's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Don was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Being a Bounty Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
