Description: This man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gnarsh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Adventurer.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly greataxes and maces. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. He has hazel eyes and a red hat with a grey feather.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Born in the south to a Gardener, Aust learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Aust was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aust decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. He found a children's book about a Gnome Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy
