History: He was born in the south. A freak accident while working with his Doctor father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Engraver. He's also a talented Bowyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Silvo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
